If consumed in excessive dose, it may cause reye's sindrome, hepatoxicity and nephrotoxicity. In this study, a voltammetric method for paracetamol determination has been developed by modifying carbon paste electrode with moleculary imprinted poly(glycine). The modification was made through electropolymerisation of glycine in 0,1 M HClO4 solution containing mixture of 1 mM parasetamol, 1 mM glycine. Cyclic voltammetry technique was used for electropolymerization in the potential range of -0.5 V to 1.8 V at a scan rate of 100 mV/s. Repeated measurements of 0.1 M paracetamol provided peak current with %RSD of 2.43 % (n=38) showing good precision of the electrode. The calibration curves showed good linearity in the concentration range of 20 &#956;M - 100 &#956;M with detection limit of 1.82 &#956;M. The modified electrodes had been applied to determine parasetamol in commercial drugs samples with good accuracy (percent recovery of 96.17 % - 104.9 %) and the results were in accordance with those of spectrophotometric method.<p align="justify"> text
