Many of Tour Packages offered by utilizing a short port time of regular passenger ship which across the tourism places, and named Let’s Go. Since the growing demand for marine tourism, the company plans to procure a cruise ship by modification of KM Kelimutu from a regular passenger ship into a small cruise ship. Two design concepts conducted, whether using a minimalist or luxurious interior. <br /> <br /> <br /> This study aims to provide a recommendation for management based on the financial analysis for modification KM Kelimutu in both minimalist and luxurious interior design concepts. The analysis uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from a technical study between ITSK and PT XYZ, and market survey from respondents. The secondary data obtained from journals, books, internet, and other data that support this research. <br /> <br /> <br /> The result shows that luxurious design is worth doing since it generates the highest Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and the shortest Payback period than minimalist design. The researcher also suggests that Fitness, Computer, and Game Center need a reconsideration to be constructed since that facility is not a priority in customer perception as a necessarily available facility in a cruise ship <br /> text
