<p align="justify"> Land and Building Tax (PBB) is a tax imposed on earth and/or buildings. PBB is one of the sources of state revenues which is why the management needs to be done continuously and wholy to maximize the revenues earned by the state. PBB information management may include the process of appraising tax objects to obtain the tax value. Distribution of management can be observed through the existence of spatially taxable objects that already have value their own. This study builds spatial databases to assist PBB management of unit mall through the assessment of tax objects, the calculation of the tax value and visualization of tax object spatially based on the web. The method of appraising the tax object used is an individual valuation with a cost approach. While the spatial database development is done using Entity Relatiosnship model. This study produces a Web GIS with capability to Edit Data and Report Tax Value . While the spatial database formed consists of tables of Land Together, Unit Building, Subject, Preparation, Soil Works, Foundation, Concrete, Precast Concrete, Iron and Aluminum, Wall, Plastering, Floor Cover, Ceiling, Roof , Wood Working, Glass Locks, Painting, Sanitation, Outside Pipe Building, Pipe Cutting, Pipe Accessories, Pipe Connection, Pipe Testing, and Electrical. <p align="justify">
