In this experiment, BHA was determined with voltammetric method using carbon paste electrode modified with molecularly imprinted polymer. The modification process was done by electropolymerization of xylenol orange as the monomer and BHA as the template. BHA was determined using square wave voltammetry (SWV) technique in PBS of pH 3. The modified carbon paste electrode had good repeatability with working range of 4 µM - 1000 µM, and limit detection of 2.78 µM. The electron transfer process was controlled by diffusion. Determination of BHA in margarine samples showed a good accuracy and resulted in percent recovery between 94.4499.88%.<p align="justify"> text |
