Summary:Tastymame was established in early 2016. Tastymame is a brand name product of pudding made from edamame soybean as the main ingredient categorized as healthy snack product. The main problem of Tastymame was everything was conducted single handedly. <br /> <br /> The aim of this research is to analyze internal and external environment, formulate business strategy and develop business model of Tastymame. The research method is used quantitative method by spreading questionnaire to Tastymame respondent to gather primary data and research on literature review to obtain secondary data. <br /> <br /> This research used internal factor analysis, such as VRIO analysis and Marketing mix analysis and external factors analysis, such as PESTEL analysis, Porter’s Five Forces analysis and Competitor analysis. From both factors analysis, the research result from respondent has come out and the business strategy has been formulated. <br /> <br /> All business analysis and strategies are formulated to increase the sales of Tastymame by proposing a new business model. In conclusion, the sales of Tastymame will be increased if the new proposed business model will be implemented.
