<p align="justify">Aquamarine Park, Turtle Island, is a tourism spot that is built for entertainment, education, and conservation. Located in Jl. Pantai Serangan, Pulau Serangan, Denpasar Selatan, Bali, the project has a vast empty land with the size of 5.7 hectare. Aquamarine Project has some building components, but what to be dicussed in this thesis writing is the main building, Dolphinarium, and the drainage system. This thesis is focused on the construction project management aspect which includes construction method, productivity calculation, work duration, scheduling, and construction cost estimation.<br /> <br /> The construction method includes the method for the driven pile foundation, column, beam, slab, shearwall, and roof of the main building. For Dolphinarium, the method includes diaphragm wall, excavation, dewatering, anchoring, bored pile, and slab casting. For drainage system, the method includes drainage and detention pond.<br /> <br /> Aquamarine Park project starts on January 2nd, 2019 and ends on December 13th, 2019. The duration of the project is 281 days. Scheduling is done with the bar chart method and PDM. The total project cost estimation is Rp 63,270,319,051. <p align="justify"> <br />
