Three-star Hotel in Painan is a building that take parts on increasing tourisms in Painan Town, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra. Daily operational activities must be supported by clean water supply system. As also used water that comes from water usage, should be secured by wastewater plumbing system. Not only that, yet fire protection system that demand plumbing system, should be provided to assure a building is save to be used. Clean water is provided by a local treatment plan nearby, channelled to an underground tank, which then pumped to a roof tank so that it could be distributed to each plumbing fixtures in the building. Ground water tank capacity is 16 m2, yet for roof tank is 17 m2. Roof tank is designed to provide water for clean water system and sprinklers. Designing clean water plumbing system finally results clean water pipes dimensions, so that clean water could flow to every plumbing fixtures according to standards. Wastewater system is divided to two system, that is black water and grey water, as grey water could be an alternative on water supply for irrigation or other water supply except that requires drinking-standard water. Wastewater system slopes are designed to be 1% and 2% according to standard that applies. As the building width, wastewater system should be separated to two pipe-end, so that wastewater system pipe doesn’t go down through the ceiling at every floor of the building. For those end-pipes are designed rooms for wastewater treatment plan. Wet-pipe system is used for the sprinkler system, it is designed according to standards so that each of sprinkler heads shall functioned at best performance to prevent fire hazard. <br /> <br />
