For that reason, local football club of Persiba Balikpapan planned to build their home stadium with capacity of 36000 people. In construction project, it is necessary to design decent drainage system. A good drainage system is not limited to drain excess water to prevent water flooding in certain areas, but also taking water runoff effect of infrastructure construction into consideration. Therefore, Eco Drainage concept should be used along with Zero Delta Q analysis. In order to meet the requirement of Zero Delta Q, a retention basin is used to temporarily store water flow and gradually control the outflow to the next channel with smaller discharge. <br /> <br /> Another issue to be addressed is the flood prevention within the grass field due to high precipitation. In that case, subdrain system should be designed to shorten the time of water infiltration in field and prevent flooding. An adequate and integrated drainage system is expected to be capable to prevent many water-controlling issues in Persiba Balikpapan home stadium. <p align="justify"> text |
