<p align="justify">The Pangandaran Beach Family Hotel and Resort is located in Jalan Pantai Timur, Pangandaran. The background of this project is the needs of the visitors of Pangandaran Beach, especially families and droup travellers, to find an accommodation in a hotel which serves their needs during their travel to Pangandaran with its various supporting facilities. This hotel and resort is a project idea with a private investor acting as its client. It stands on a plot of 32 thousand square meters and offers these following functions: lodging, restaurant, cafe, bar, fitness, spa, multifunction room, meeting room, wedding chapel, and kids club which offers environmental educational facilities, including a workshop, library, playground area, and flied training. The design of the Pangandaran Beach Family Hotel and Resort has to consider the issues of atmosphere, circulation, privacy, and environment. These issues come from the functional and location context of this project. The concept used in this family hotel and resort will be 'exclusive family hotel and resort'. The 'exclusive' in this concept refers to its location, which is in between two beaches and is directly next to a nature reserve with various supporting facilities for travel and study. This concept is applied by designing a hotel and resort with an approach towards family activities and the environment.<p align="justify">
