Summary:<p align="justify">Ciujung River is a large river which the water is used for production process by factories at industrial area around Kragilan Road, Serang, Banten. Afterwards, the waste water that generated is returned back to Ciujung River and causes pollution that gradually degrades river water quality. PT. IKPP has implemented waste treatment technology (WWTP) to reduce the dangerous content that will be channeled into the river. PT. IKPP also has a water reservoir pond (lagoon) as a natural water treatment system before it is used for production. The presence of WWTP helps reducing slight amount of waste that discharged into rivers. Lagoon area has a potential to become a public green open space, but its utilization is still minimal due to the restrictions set by the factory to the local inhabitants to access the lagoon area. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The results of the literature study concluded that one of the ways to reuse post production waste water is by applying reclaimed water concept. Waste water reuse can contribute to the health and ecological aspects of the environment. One ideal way for wastewater treatment is to design constructed wetland as a waste water post-treatment system after completing the WWTP process. Constructed wetland as a post-treatment system of water is expected to reduce the amount of waste disposal to Ciujung River, as well as to reuse the water for factory’s production and domestic needs. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The goal of this final project is to design an open space landscape around the lagoon and the overflow area of WWTP processing, so it can be a public open space for factory employees and families and local inhabitants. Factory employees can utilize the lagoon's green open spaces as a recreation and resting place area during the shifting hour, while local residents can utilize it as a leisure place in their spare time and holidays. The design approach prioritizes on education, recreation, and health aspect in order to provide benefits and new insight to visitors about the importance of health and environment. Thus, visitors will be more active in preserving the environment and ecology. Design of public open space lagoon area of PT. IKPP is a contribution in polluted environtment recovery.<p align="justify"> <br />
