| Summary: | <p align="justify">This final project took the case of Al Wafa Boarding School located at Simpang Ciwidey Marga Mulia Street, Bandung Region. This project consist of Senior High School and dormitory with its supporting facilities on 28.000sqm area. Al Wafa is a boarding school with all day boarding system which is all the student has lo live in their school area 5 days in a week. There are some design issues to be solved in this project such as comfort, safety, and suitability of the building design with the context of Ciwidey. This project is about how to create a comfort environment for all the student, how to accommodate all of activity of the student and the other user, and how to create a good environment in rural area. The design approach starts from the identity of Al Wafa Boarding School as an all day boarding Islamic school. The combination between the school system and the rural context of Ciwidey generates a design concept of safe, warm, and pleasant school. The concept of the school is implemented in an area zoning arrangement and building design to create a good environment in school area.<p align="justify"> |
