<p align="justify">Community-Based Tourism (CBT) are forms of local organization as subject and object of development. Sustainable efforts must achieve three principles, namely progress in socio-cultural, environmental and economic, and, able to manage all resources optimally. Tourism Village is one form of a sustainable village in the field of tourism. Kemiren Traditional Tourism Village has local community-based tourist activities. Developing a tourist village requires adequate community capability. Enforce a viable community in creating solutions for communities in development activities. However, for now there is no capacity available in the tourist village. This study aims to assess the level of existing capacity in Kemiren Traditional Village. The method used is qualitative research method by utilizing interview result, and other supporting data. May be used for use of sustainable family information in the development and various business users, and use the groups in the development of wealth, and cleaning. The results of this study indicate that adequate community capacity in developing tourism in Kemiren Traditional Village can be sustainable. Putting pressure on communities that use indicators that reflect aspects of the natural resource environment, environmental resources and economic resources. By using the results of this study is expected to improve the results of the community in Kemiren Traditional Village.<p align="justify">
