The current number of Posko Dahanud Mobile there is only 1 (one) in Indonesia, as the development and needs of technology will increasingly growth the number and location will be spread all over Indonesia. Posko Dahanud Mobile so that it will have a lot of data. Data of Posko Dahanud Mobile that much and not centered into the One Command Center be the reason of research, and the Command Center will know the condition of Posko Dahanud Mobile. Then created application data synchronization as the output of research. In data synchronization, there is another problem that is an unstable network. This research proposes a method of data synchronization that can still run in an unstable network by comparing and execute two databases are MySQL and MongoDB to know the database that has the highest speed and accuracy in processing of data synchronization. Based on the results of these tests, the accuracy of MySQL that is of 100% and the average speed for each data in MySQL is 0.56 seconds on the various types of network conditions. While the accuracy of the value of 100% that is MongoDB and the average speed for each data in MongoDB is 0.018 seconds on the various types of network conditions. So that the results obtained are MongoDB and MySQL accuracy is the same that is of 100% from 240 (two hundred and forty), but the speed of the MongoDB 31 (thirty one) times faster than MySQL. <br />
