And with more people being online, <br /> <br /> social media has skyrocketed as a main form of communication for users, and this revolution is not an exceptional for a Higher <br /> <br /> Education Institutions (HEIs). <br /> <br /> As one of an HEIs, SBM ITB has its own needs to establish a documented plan for a strategy in order to engage its community <br /> <br /> and prospective students’ candidate through a content that created on social media while also consistently delivering the value, <br /> <br /> telling a story and giving its audience an accurate perceptions of what the school is like, the work that SBM ITB are doing and <br /> <br /> how it’s different from some of other top schools, effectively. <br /> <br /> The main purpose of this study is to bring a guidance for SBM ITB in implementing its social media content strategy for the first <br /> <br /> year since the activation, alongside with the social media content strategy guidance, the study also bring a guidance in creating a <br /> <br /> social media content, the SBM ITB profile and the implementation matrix to make a strategy systematically effective to be <br /> <br /> executed today and in the future implementation. <br /> <br /> As the success measurement of this social media content strategy was achieved, SBM ITB is going to get a bigger benefit as it is <br /> <br /> going to get an authority as a leading international business school from Indonesia on social media. text
