Unfortunately, based on PT Pos Indonesia Bandung Raya region’s historical data, courier sales of the company was decreasing for all of its offered services since third and fourth quartiles of 2015 to fourth quartiles of 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on business issue that happened in PT Pos Indonesia Bandung Raya region, it is needed to analyze to know the cause of declining sales. Author spread the questionnaire to PT Pos Indonesia Bandung Raya region’s courier service customers to analyze the reason of the existing issue. From the questionnaire’s result, it is known that in customers’ perception, time accuracy in delivering goods of PT Pos Indonesia Bandung Raya region is not executed well. Author then done the SIPOC analysis to document business process that happens in PT Pos Indonesia Bandung Raya region from start to end. After that, author done the current condition analysis to PT Pos Indonesia Bandung Raya region’s distribution system and found out the inefficiency of inner city distribution system that can disturb other distribution systems. Then author done the stakeholder analysis. After that, the problem root of inner city distribution is determined by using CRT and it is found that the problem root is inefficient inner city distribution system. <br /> <br /> <br /> From problem root analysis, author proposed two solutions to overcome the inner city distribution problem for PT Pos Indonesia Bandung Raya region. The first solution is Hub to Point delivery, whereas the second solution is Point to Point delivery. Each of the solutions have its pros and cons, and be analyzed by using AHP analysis, and conducted that the second solution is more preferable. <br /> <br /> <br /> The chosen solution is then be implemented to PT Pos Indonesia Bandung Raya region with the preparation of four months including evaluation and improvement. text
