Summary:<p align="justify"> In the rainy season, Ciujung River has overflow, so it floods the surrounding area. The government made several efforts, one is the construction of Karian Multipurpose Dam and design of Pasir Kopo Dam which one of its functions is to control flooding in Ciujung River.<br /> Based on the result of the hydrology analysis, using SCS Unit Hydrograph, after existence Karian Dam and Pasir Kopo Dam, peak flood discharge in Pamarayan Weir, Ciujung River in return period 25 years is equal to 1425.65 m3/s. With the discharge, then hydraulic analyzed of the unsteady flow with the manning approach and land covering. Based on the results of hydraulic analysis, it was found that the Ciujung River still flooding with an inundation area of 107.65 km2. Therefore, additional structural efforts are required to cope with the flood. In this<br /> study, the planned structural effort is the normalization of rivers, the construction of earth levees with height 1.5 m in the area of land, rice fields and ponds with length of river maintenance area and stream buffer is 5 m, and concrete levees with height of 1.5-2.5 m in residential area with length of river maintenance area is 5 m and stream buffer is 3 m. The budget plan cost to build the structures is Rp.301,776,668,500.00.<br /> <br /> <p align="justify"> <br />
