Summary:The manufacturing industry contains hazards and risks to workers' safety. Workplace accidents are generally caused by unsafe behavior. The behavior is formed by the influence of management factors, individuals, and work environment. This study aims to analyze the relationship between management factors as safety management, individuals as a safety motivation, and work environment as a physical environment against unsafe behavior on workers in NS Bluescope Lysaght Indonesia. The method used in the study is to use questionnaires that contain research variables and measurement of temperature, lighting, and noise. Questionnairesmethods is using Likert scale. The data obtained were then analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research is management factor and safety motivation and physical workplace have no significant effect to unsafe behavior on worker(sig. α >0.05).However, to reduced and improved unsafe behavior can be done by enhancement the safety communication and handling also control temperature in the workplace
