Republic of Indonesia Territory must be defended and struggled by all citizens. Therefore, the determination of the maritime boundary Indonesia in unilateral or adjacent to other countries (bilateral/trilateral) is necessary. Based on PP No. 37 Year 2008 are related to changes in the form of lower baselines three base points on the island of Sipadan and Ligitan and one base point in Tanjung Arang. The basic point is replaced with three new base point on Sebatik Island and one base point in Karang Unarang. The liberation of Timor-timur also resulted in the addition of 10 new base point, and the addition of two new base point in the South of Java, Indonesia result in reduced water area ± 1,214 km2. Based on Government Regulation No. 38 Year 2002 Jo PP No. 37 Year 2008 Indonesia only uses two types of baselines that straight baselines archipelago (archipelagic baselines UNCLOS 1982) and normal baseline, while the 1982 UNCLOS recommend six kinds of baselines. Number of archipelagic baselines (straight archipelagic baselines) was 158 with a total length 6856.277 nautical miles and 34 normal baseline with a total length of 246.048 nautical miles. Based on the results of lengthy calculations archipelagic baselines (straight archipelagic baselines) there are four baselines that exceed 100 <br /> <br /> nautical miles but still less than 125 nautical miles is the baselines (TD 059-TD060), (TD 071-072), (TD 155- TD 156) and (TD 171C TD 174).<p align="justify"> text
