This idea of memory being a hazy and overlapped concept <br /> <br /> came from a personal account when sharing stories about the past with family <br /> <br /> members. Things we remember personally; could be diverge to the people we share <br /> <br /> a certain account with. At some point, our mind shows us the clearest of memories <br /> <br /> to even the most obscure ones. How can the artist interpret the fragment content in <br /> <br /> their memories? <br /> <br /> This theme was taken alight in response to how the author tries to correlate two <br /> <br /> different medias, being photography and drawing to share a personal thought of <br /> <br /> how memories work in the mind of an individual, in this case, the author’s. These <br /> <br /> two medias are pieced together into a collage framed along with a circuit of LED <br /> <br /> lights to further expose the state of memory that the author believes to be hazy, <br /> <br /> overlapped and fragmented. The result is a display of 22 frames equipped with LED <br /> <br /> lights to showcase an array of drawing that are overlapped together. text |
