Edamame soy is known as a vegetable and healthy snack tea drinking friend in his native country of Japan. Currently edamame export market opportunities are so wide that opportunities to develop edamame are still very high. But along with the development of edamame production also increased the use of chemical synthetic fertilizers that can degrade the land. Poultry manure is a waste generated from chicken farmers and chicken organic fertilizer is a fertilizer easily obtained by farmers. Poultry manure contains three times more nutrients than other manure. Therefore, research on the effect of dosage of chicken manure on the productivity and quality of edamame soybean. The observed growth, productivity and quality parameters were plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, number of books, number of pods, weight of pods, fresh weight of stover, organoleptic, and total dissolved solids. The research was conducted in Sukawangi Village, Pamulihan Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency, West Java. The treatment factor of dosage of different manure of chicken manure is 1 ton/ha, 3 ton/ha, and 5 ton/ha at each planting hole. The productivity of fresh peas of edamame soybean Ryokkoh varieties at dose of chicken manure 1 ton/ha, 3 ton/ha, and 5 ton/ha respectively are 6,12 ton/ha, 5,11 ton/ha, and 4,6 ton/ha. The dose of cow manure that is able to provide high fresh pod productivity and best pod quality is 1 ton/ha. <p align="justify"> text
