Slum upgrading is an international agenda to create cities without slums and realize a development that is habitable, equal, and equitable for all people. This effort also relates to urban poverty eradication in livelihoods measurement that not only assessed by income but also the other assets dimension. Resettlement is one kind of slum upgrading by the governments in order to provide a habitable settlements. Then it will be implemented through Rusunawa project that intended for low income society and the slum dwellers. The provision of habitable and affordable settlements in the form of rusunawa makes it possible for those people to have a decent life by the improvements of their livelihoods. Nevertheless, resettlements could also have impacts on their overall livelihoods changes. So, this study aims to identify the condition of Bukit Duri and Pasar Ikan society after resettlement to Rusunawa Rawa Bebek, which is described based on livelihoods variables. The methodology in this research is done through explanatory quantitative approach from interview result, observation, resident of rusunawa questionnaire, and control area questionnaire which become comparison between affected and non-affected group. The result of this research is the livelihoods changes of rusunawa resident before and after resettlement and also the comparison with the people's livelihood in the control area. <br />
