Kereta Api Indonesia and aims to create new residential alternatives located near transportation nodes. The inhabitants of these apartments are the lower middle-class people for rusunami and middle-class people for anami, while the podium of the building will be used by commuters and communities around the area. project design is "Inclusive and Integrated Development". Inclusive development means the development of an area that can be accessed by everyone without any boundaries. While integrated development in this context means the development of areas whose elements are interconnected with each other not only with various modes of transportation but also with public and commercial facilities in the region.
