STIE Tunas Karya focuses on night classes. The majority of students from STIE Tunas Karya are employees who live or work around this campus. The majority of these students finance their education independently so that the cost of education costs is very influential for them. <br /> <br /> But once every five years the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT) will hold accreditation to see the quality of universities in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to conduct case study at one of private universities in Jakarta, namely STIE Tunas Karya by showing the condition of human resources, facilities, and finance of STIE Tunas Karya. From the data, it is expected to give estimation of STIE Tunas Karya development in the next 5 years. The methodology used in this research is primary data and secondary data. Primary data conducted by the author is to interview the head of the accreditation team to know the parameters and problems faced in the accreditation process also know the condition of STIE Tunas Karya. Meanwhile, Pareto chart will be used to find out the main problem faced by STIE Tunas Karya. Secondary data is obtained from company internal data to assist authors in analyzing internal and external factors from STIE Tunas Karya. <br /> <br /> The results of this study conclude that the strategies undertaken to improve business growth in STIE Tunas Karya are based on Porter's Generic Strategy and capital budget, such as: NPV, IRR, and Paybcak Period for 5 years. Based on the calculation of the capital budget, the positive NPV is Rp 1,836. 984.000, IRR of 23.22%, and Payback period for 3.03 years. Business growth rate at STIE Tunas Karya is worth developing. text
