Summary: | <p align="justify">The PT Indocement Tunggal Dolphin Initiative's dolphin dock design was motivated by the plan of PT Indocement to hold a brown project with a budget of Rp 8.9 trillion to build a new plant with a location outside the island of Java in Lampung province with a production capacity of 2.5 million ton / year. A new cement terminal located in Katibung Regency, Lampung will be built with a dolphin pier type structure. In this final project, we will discuss the design of the PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa dolphin dock structure located in Katibung Regency, Lampung using the OCDI (Overseas Coastal Development Institute of Japan) Standard. In the final project case study on dolphin dock structure design, the structure of the dock will be discussed which consists of the structure of loading platform, breasting dolphin, mooring dolphin and trestle based on the design criteria used as structural planning requirements by considering the existing conditions at the study location. The final project includes determining the structural dimensions of loading platforms, breasting dolphin, mooring dolphin and trestle, processing environmental data, calculating loads on the dock, structure modeling, structural reinforcement design, calculation of soil carrying capacity and calculation of the pier structure cost. The results of the final project include the design of the structure of the loading platform, breasting dolphin, mooring dolphin and trestle including the dimensions of the structure and dimensions of the structural elements of the pier, the reinforcement details based on the internal work force, the depth of the structure erection plan based on available geotechnical data, and the total cost of the dock based structure calculation of material costs contained in the dock.<p align="justify"> |
