This affects the availability of land that leads the land value increasing uncontrolled. The land value includes important information in decision making. One of the factors that influence the land value is the land location against the economic center or the Central Business District (CBD). CBD existence provides an effect in the surrounding Land Value Zone (ZNT). Each ZNT contained an Indication Average Value (NIR). In an attempt to see the connection between CBD to NIR from ZNT, there were some models that can be used. One of them was a gravity model. The data used were Indication Average Value data (NIR) of ZNT Andir district and NIR of the CBD. The selected CBDs were Bandung Electronic Center, Bandung Trade Center, Festival Citylink, Bandung Station and Braga Hotel & Residence. The process covered the calculation of the mass center point (centroid) of ZNT and CBD, distance and direction calculation of ZNT to CBD, the calculation of the gravity model and the calculation of resultant tensile force. The results showed that the effect or attractive force of CBD and ZNT was equal to the NIR multiplication of both zone, and inversely proportional to the distance between those two. The value relations of attractive force or effect of ZNT againts CBD can be used to estimate the land value in the surrounding area of two zones to attempt development planning.<p align="justify"> text
