The cause of inefficiency of AC usage can be caused by the user not realizing that their air conditioner is in dirty or damaged condition. Therefore, in this paper is designed ACDoctor is a tool that can detect problems that occur on the AC and provide an estimate of the level of performance of the AC. The designed products will use sensor networks with ZigBee, RS485 and Wifi communication modules. The parameter data obtained from the sensor measurements will be used to diagnose 8 conditions of problems occurring in the air conditioner and the room, they are undercharged refrigerant, broken compressor, broken relay, dirty condensor, dirty evaporator filter, overheated compressor, insufficient BTU, and room inefficiencies. The diagnosis is performed by looking at changes and constraints on each measurement parameter. In addition, the parameters obtained are also used to calculate BTU space requirements (sufficient BTU), superheat targets, superheat and coefficient performance of AC. <p align="justify"> text
