Most of the application focus in itinerary process only. The design process in this book done by using an approach named user-centered design. This approach focuses on user needs rather than other things. There are several tools that being used in gathering needs and informations such as competitive analysis, survey, in-depth interview and usability testing. The process started with spreading the survey regarding the problem that used to be face by tourists. After that, in-depth interview was conducted to gain more knowledge regarding the need of information type. The result of interview and survey showed that tourist need type of information such as price of entry ticket, contact, cost of the trip spent by other user, route and preparation that is needed to travel to and in the tourism destination. From this information, the information architecture was defined and created. The architecture information then used to define the features in the application. The features in the mobile application are place exploration, story exploration, like, notification and search. The type of information and list of features then translated into low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototype. The high-fidelity prototype was tested to several respondents using usability testing as the tool. Result from the testing showed that there are feature addition which are comment, share and follow. At last, assessment was done to the design of application using the aspects in user experience honeycomb. Result of assessment showed that the design of application is good enough and already fullfil the need of tourist.<p align=”justify”> text |
