Summary:<p align="justify"> Pekanbaru Riverfront Center is Intermodality and commercial regions that exist besides Siak river. In this case, design focus on pile fondations and retaining wall for basement structure dan dock structure. <br /> <br /> Design of pile foundation for mall building, loading for pile fondation calculated using upper structure and basement loading. Design of foundation on soil condition in the area represented with correlation of SPT and CPT. Method used in calculating axial capacity of single pile is API 1986 andthen Lateral capacity and group pile capacity calculated using LPILE and GROUP. Design pile fondation using spun pile with 800 mm diameter, 25 meter depth of penetration, and 5 pile cap configuration. <br /> <br /> Design of retaining wall for mall building using diaphragm wall. The stages of excavation and ground anchor analyzed using PLAXIS 2D. this retaining wall will be constructed in 19 meter depth of penetration and 2 ground anchor. <br /> <br /> Design of pile foundation for dock structure, loadng for pile foundation calculated using berting. Method used in calculating axial capacity of single pile is API 1986 and <br /> <br /> Lateral capacity calculated using LPILE. Design pile fondation using spun pile with 800 mm diameter and 30 meter depth of penetration. <br /> <br /> Sheet pile wall will be constucted to dock structure. Design of sheet pile wall will be calculated using PLAXIS 2D and will be constructed 30 meter depth of penetration. <p align="justify">
