Summary: | Indonesian archipelagic area keeps facing problem in providing adequate primary healthcare service. Since developments of healthcare facilities are mainly oriented in land area, the development in archipelagic area is often left behind. Pratama clinic was chosen as a model of primary healthcare service since its service can be adjusted to targeted general/specific health condition in an area. This research used qualitative approach with platform-based development method to assess floating healthcare service criteria. The criteria will be used to design the concept for primary healthcare service platform. The floating clinic resulted from this research is expected to upgrade the healthcare service’s access and coverage to broader people in archipelagic area. This platform can be functioned as an initial guide to design products for floating healthcare service for archipelagic area. |
