Summary:<p align="justify"> Increasing demand for residential along with shopping and recreation facilities, lead to be needed construction of recreational and shopping facilities in Kota Baru Parahyangan. In this final project will be focused on the design of open cut slope around the facility and pile foundation in shopping mall and parking lot. <br /> <br /> The design of the open cut slope determines the slope along with the dimensions of the open cut slope. Open cut slope design analysis is performed on short-term and long-term conditions with the type of loads are static and seismic loads. The analysis of open cut slope design using Ordinary method of slices method (Fellenius 1927), Morgenstren and Price (1965), and inertial instabilities (pseudostatic) with GeoSlope 2018 software. <br /> <br /> Pile foundation used in this project is driven pile. The methods used in calculating axial capacity of single pile are Meyerhoff (1976), API (1986) and API RP2A (1987) with ASD (Allowable Stress Design) loading combination based on SNI 1726 2012. Analysis of lateral capacity of single pile using ENSOFT LPILE software. Bearing capacity of group piles calculated using ENSOFT GROUP software. Settlement is calculated using Vesic method (1969). <p align="justify">
