Bandung needs three-stars business hotel as lodging facility that also can fulfill the needs and comfort of entrepreneurs that took place on Jenderal Sudirman area witch is one of business and trade center in this city. This project is located on a site with +- 6200 m2 land area. The main concept of the design is 'business hotel' so that users can conduct business with comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The building's character is tailored to user's needs by providing facilities, such as: meeting room, function room, business center and another space that can be leased. Room's circulations are designed to support each other but not interfere with each other. This hotel is expected to become a destination for business and leisure travelers to relax or conduct business activities as well as a positive impact on Jenderal Sudirman area.<p align="justify"> |
