The investment value of the Project is Rp 4.5 trillion, including financing obtained through a bank syndication and self-financingfrom KAI, AP II and Railink.Post-operation of KA Basoetta, there is a concern because several aspects are not in line with the expectations and plans in the KA Basoetta Project feasibility study titled “Review Studi Kelayakan Finansial & Teknis Pembangunan Jalur Kereta Api Jakarta – Bandara Soekarno Hatta via Tangerang dated 26 July 2013 by PT Lembaga Afiliasi Penelitian Indonesia. <br /> <br /> The research method that was carried out began with a previous review of related studies / studies compiled by LAPI ITB. Then Identify the data needs needed to conduct commercial, financial and economic analysis. By conducting an in-depth study of the Project structure that can provide risk and reward that is fair between shareholders, it is expected that this research can also be implemented as an operational improvement for Basoetta Railway. Overview of ticket revenue estimates and non-ticket revenues, Review of demand estimates, Review of tariff rates, Project social benefit cost / economic feasibility analysis are some of the things that are done to get recommendations on this research so that this project can continue to be carried out with good feasibility <br /> <br /> In this study, we will know the estimated level of feasibility of the current project, with the construction that has been completed and the services that have been operating. Preliminary evaluation of the implementation of a tariff of Rp 70,000, review of assumptions of passenger projections, possibility of needing feasibility support or subsidies and identification of key aspects that need to be considered are expected to provide recommendations for project sustainability. <br /> text |
