<p align="justify">The project proponent is engaged in energy generation which generally uses steam power. Since steam power is harm for the environment, a renewable energy plant is needed. Renewable energy development requires a specific place so the center of development and education of renewable energy is built. The project will be built in Citengah Village due to the geographical and supportive natural resources. The project is also undertaken as CSR for initiators in order to contribute to the development of lagging regions. The project will have three functions, namely as a powerhouse, as a center for development and education, as well as a tourist destination. The energy generated from mini hydropower plants and solar power. Aspects of education will be filled by spaces such as workshops, simulation rooms, research rooms, and others. The aspect of tourism will be met by the inn, camping ground, tracking, and others. The main issue raised is the combination of aspects of utility, education, and tourism. The solution to this issue is to create a sequence and circulation that separates the visitor from the worker so that the safety aspect is taken seriously. In addition, since it was built in the contoured Citengah Village, this building must pay attention and respond to the surrounding natural conditions. Citengah, as a village that still upholds the culture, should be shown by the iconic building so it will attract tourists to come.<p align="justify">
