As a new company there are some obstacles that must be faced by Valueable Production. Limitations and lack of marketing in developing the product to the client. Valeuable Production still takes time to grow from organizational, marketing and quality. It takes the right strategy to solve the problem.Some difficulties faced by Valueable Production are facing competition with other production house companies that are already sustainable. They are more stable than Valueabe Production team that still lack of experiences and limitations of people who hold production. <br />

The research method used for this research is qualitative methods. Valueable production use internal and external analysis. Internal analysis of Valueable Production using STP(Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning) and Markting Mix analysis. Internal analysis focuses on analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the company. It is expected that the data from internal analysis can provide an overview on this study case. External Analysis is an Analysis factor external condition of Valueable Production. External Analysis of Valuable Production uses the Benchmark competitor analysis and Portes’s Five Forces Analysis.After internal and external analysis then use SWOT analysis. The next step is Root Cause Analysis.It is expected that all these identification steps will give a better alternative action plan for Valuable Production.To overcome the problems that occur in business, the alternative solutions can be determined and it can help overcome the problem. <br />

The proposed solution in Valueable Production is renewal of the old marketing mix in Valueable’s Production such as Form divisions such as animation/ motion, illustrator, and graphic design, Updating new price list, make packaging program subscription, Active in social media promotion and campaign, looking for work offices, updating new workflow process and Hiring permanent team. A new marketing mix development of Valueable’s Production is expected to keep in sustainability in the industry and then be able to compete in the midst of competitors in similar business industries. <br />
