Flexible pavement that mostly used in Indonesia is Asphaltic Concrete. The strength of asphaltic concrete hardening obtained by aggregate structures that lock each other. The using of Elvaloy polymer as asphalt modifier expected to increase asphalt quality and mixture performance. Whereas Sasobit addition expected to decrease the temperature of modification asphalt mixing and compaction. In this research used AC-BC mixture with hard gradation that agree with 2nd Revision of Hot Asphalt Mixture from Public Working Department in 2010. It uses Pen asphalt 60/70, Pen asphalt 60/70 added 3% Sasobit, Elvaloy asphalt modification (Pen asphalt 60/70 with 2,5% Elvaloy polymer), and Elvaloy polymer asphalt modification added 3% Sasobit. Asphalt physical characteristic tested and compared by using 2nd Revision of Hot Asphalt Mixture specification, while the mixture performance was measured by Standard Marshall test, Marshall Immersion test, UMATTA’s Resilient Modulus test and Dynamic Stability using Wheel Tracking Test. The result of test asphalt physical characteristic shows that adding Sasobit 3% besides could decrease mixing temperature and compaction, it also could increase asphalt quality. Marshall's test result, AC-BC mixture using Elvaloy modification asphalt added 3% Sasobit indicates highest Marshall Stability value as high as 1443,99 kg. Marshall Immersion's test result, AC-BC mixture using Elvaloy modification asphalt added 3% Sasobit indicates highest IKS value as high as 93,11%. Resilient Modulus's test result, AC-BC mixture using Elvaloy modification asphalt added 3% Sasobit at 30°C and 45°C temperature shows highest values, 2364 Mpa and 696 Mpa. Wheel Tracking's test result, AC-BC mixture using Elvaloy modification asphalt added 3% Sasobit at 60°C temperature indicates highest Dynamic Stability as high as 6300 T/mm. In general, the using of Elvaloy modification asphalt in mixture is an alternative to increase mixture performance, and Sasobit adding could decrease mixing and compaction temperature. text
