The purpose of this study is to determine gas plateau rate that provide best economic scenario with nodal analysis and P/Z method to forecast the production. surface facilities design of this field based on gas fluid characteristic and production rate of each scenario. Each development scenario has economic calculation. <br /> <br /> Reservoir of Alpha Field located at Plover Formation with dominant lithology sandstone. Plover Formation has 8 zone, which is zone A-E with sandstone diverse content. This field has fluid expansion with a small contain of pv compressibility driving mechanism. The result of small pv compressibility indicate that small amount of rock compressibility change. Therefore, production forecasting with nodal analysis method and p/z method has high degree of certainty. There were 3 fields development scenario, case 1 has 858 MMSCFD plateau rate with 70.38% recovery factor, case 2 has 868.5 MMSCFD plateau rate with 71.24% recovery factor, and case 3 has 868 MMSCFD plateau rate with 71.2% recovery factor. Production facility design requires the gas separation, gas sweetening, gas dehydration, and HC dew point control systems. Based on economic analysis, case 2 is the most economical scenario. text |
