<p align="justify">The project was fictitious and took the South Bali region which Pecatu Uluwatu area as the location of the site. This area was developed in an integrated manner to fulfill the needs of international tourism. The scope includes the design of programming space, the physical aspects including architectural aspects of the building and site. Architectural design reaches the pre-design stage, while the site planning scope includes planning outdoor spaces, zoning, landscape plan, circulation, sequences, and the hierarchy of space. The purpose is to provide specialty design of private and exclusive to the upper class travelers. Design issues raised was the scenery, privacy, as well as the locality and the ambience. Privacy and ambience are two main issues because this resort area serves the upper class traveler with the optimization of exclusivity and privacy and still presenting local ambience. Therefore, the solution covers is concept of design that brought into the site and buildings that maximize privacy and exclusivity. This resort area consist of around 27 buildings bearing spread. The site area is 6.8 hectares with a total building area of 10.502 m2. The whole mass of the buildings are low-rise buildings and designed to accommodate approximately 200 people per day.<p align="justify">
