Summary: | <p align="justify">Manufacturing is a business sector with the second highest rate of accidents in Indonesia, amounting to 31.6%. PT. X is one of manufacturing company which engaged in the production of tires. Accident data from the company showed that the main cause of accidents in the PT. X is unsafe act, which reached 87.5% of the total accidents that occur. Therefore, in this study researcher will using Standardized Plant Human Reliability Analysis Risk Assessment (SPAR-H) and safety climate method to evaluate company safety system. SPAR-H method used to measure the reliability of labor to measure the risk of workplace accidents caused by unsafe act. Furthermore, in this study conducted approach with using safety climate method to get an overview of safety climate at the company by doing NOSACQ-50 questionnaire. From the results of the study showed that the steel calender process is a process with the highest level of danger with Human Error Probability value of 0.0789. In terms of climate K3 showed that in general the climate value K3 in PT. X is 2.97.<p align="justify"> |
