Summary:The food and beverage industry is one of the most developed industries in every country, including Indonesia. Based on data owned by Indonesia's Creative Economy Agency (Bekraf) of 16 sectors, there are three sectors that contribute 30 percent to the creative economy, one of which is the culinary sector giving up to 34 percent for the creative economy. CV. Banana Nugget Bandung is a company engaged in culinary in Bandung. The company already has branches located in Bandung and Purwakarta. <br /> <br /> The vision of this company is to make Banana Nugget Bandung which is able to become the main choice snacks for the people of Bandung and surrounding areas with the complete variety of flavors. But in reality this company is still unable to compete with competitors. The company has not been able to meet the stakeholder’s needs because there’s no performance management system that implemented in this company. <br /> <br /> This research objective to design a performance management system in accordance with the company. This design is created by translating the vision that has been made by the company into a strategy to create responsibilities that must be done by each work unit. This research uses the framework of Integrated Performance Management System (IPMS) because it can solve the problems faced by the company. IPMS framework aims to help companies that have not been able to achieve its vision by using all aspects of the company (financial aspect and non-financial aspects). The IPMS framework has 5 stages consist of foundation, basic information, design, implementation, and refresh. There are three perspectives on the IPMS framework: organizational output, internal processes, and resource availability. This research resulted in a performance management system with 15 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) derived from the company's vision, mission, strategies and business processes. By implementing a performance management system, the company will easily reach company’s target in the financial and other aspects.
