Nowadays, the companies require their employees to have national or international certification for some project. Therefore, the academics and professionalisms need to join the training and pass the exam for certification. The national certification’s price is cheaper than international. But the international certification was recognized by all the country. That is one of the reason to many providers offer training and international certification. <br /> <br /> In the fact, most of the competitors offer expensive price and the people who want to participate unable to pay it. The participants mostly pay the cost of training by their self money not from company or institution. <br /> <br /> Finally eNetwoQ start to set up training provider with affordable price to fulfill market demand. <br /> <br /> The researcher classifies eNetwoQ as Start-up Company because eNetwoQ is small company and no need big capital or many employees. Although Start-up Company should have high risk but many start-up that success as big company and will increase revenue significantly. <br /> <br /> Currently, eNetwoQ has many type of training that classified into Management Training and Technical Training. The management training is more famous than others. This fact will be seen from questioner results and its revenue that higher than others. <br /> <br /> After research by several methods i.e. STP, Seven P’s (marketing mix), Value Chain, Porter’s Five Force, SWOT and Business Model Canvas evidently eNetwoQ has applied the theories only for Management Training although not perfectly. <br /> <br /> The Researcher recommends new wave marketing strategy for all products eNetwoQ to increasing revenue and existence between the competitors. Besides the management training, the technical training ever pointed higher revenue in the beginning. <br /> <br /> The researcher believes that new wave marketing strategy will support eNetwoQ to reach big success in future. text
