The latest development is Roadroid that serves to measure the roughness of the road with the working principle using vibration sensors on the smart phone. The research is examines and evaluates the road roughness of measurement value of Roadroid and Roughometer NAASRA. The research location is a national road in West Sumatera province consisting of seven streets. The research approach is done by using linear regression analysis. The analysis consists of three scenarios: (1) road-based analysis, (2) analysis based on road conditions and (3) analysis based on IRI groups. The result of the research in scenario (1), resulted in one road segment having high R² that is 0.63, while the other six segments have low R² that is between 0,37 - 0,46. Scenario (2), for good road condition (IRI 0,00 - 4,00) got R² value is 0,44, and on medium road condition (IRI 4,01 - 8.00) got R² value is 0,39. Scenario (3), for the value of IRI 1.00 - 2.00 obtained R² value is 0.72, for IRI 2.01 - 3.00 obtained R² value is 0.51, for IRI 3.01 - 4.00 obtained R² value is 0.33, for IRI 4.01 - 5.00 obtained R² value is 0.16, for IRI 5.01 - 6.00 obtained R² value is 0.19, for IRI 6.01 - 7.00 obtained R² value is 0,06 and for IRI 7.01 - 8.00 got R² value is 0,09. From the results obtained, it shows that the measurement of road roughness with Roadroid gives a good correlation with road roughness from Roughometer NAASRA for IRI value of 1.00 - 2.00, while at other IRI value got a less good correlation.<p align="justify"> text
