Mattresses that produce PT Gadingmas Wirajaya have penetrated the furniture market in Java and Bali with four factories in the areas of Bandung, Jakarta, Semarang and Surabaya. Companies that have not been incorporated on a large scale are still a matter of high returns from consumers. Product returns caused by errors in internal information distribution that contain errors in the production and delivery of products, repeated orders (double orders), and consumer products not ordering products. <br />

This study aims to make decisions for PT Gadingmas Wirajaya. The business process will be improved with a business process improvement framework (BPI) which begins with bookmarking the company's business processes. Then the business process will be evaluated through a risk assessment using failure modes, effects. and criticality analysis (FMECA). After that there will be an added value assessment to assess the existing business performance. From the results of the analysis will be used analysis using fishbone analysis and will be made based on the value-added assessment results which will then be carried out a systematic reengineering process. <br />

Through risk assessment found 6 business processes that will be improved and from the existing evaluation results using value-added-assessment (VAA) obtained from existing business processes from 8.3% real-value-added (RVA), 26.3% value added business (BVA), and 65.4% not value added (NVA).
