<p align ="justify">Indonesia is one of the world’s largest archipelago country. Therefore, transportation by sea becomes imperative to connect the island with one another. On the other hand, mode of transportation is still not optimal developed in the country. A lot of potential but its still not optimized. In writing this final project, the authors tried to design the Passenger Terminal of the Port of Merak Banten is one of the busiest ports across Indonesia. Many aspects of the challenge in this design from the standard function, the behavior of the people of Indonesia, and image building that become the gate región. On the other hand, this site is vacant land that now used to be Merak Mas Port of container, that must be considered is how to make new terminal from this site. The results is a work of architecture that strengthens its existence as a gate to meet the standards of comfort and an icon in hopes of turning around the harbor area of the passenger terminal. Authors hope the study results in this final project can contribute to scientific reference in Indonesia and can be used if one day there is a need.<p align ="justify">
