Daan Mogot Residence is located in Daan Mogot, Cengkareng. In the area of this apartment there are 7 buildings that are grouped into 4 types of buildings (A1, A2, B1, and B2) that function as rental houses in the area Cengkareng. This final project focus on transportation aspect which is parking design and access road pavement of Daan Mogot Residence. <br /> Analysis of parking design and access road pavement includes estimation of parking requirement from literature Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat, Common Trip Generation Rates from ITE, and Minister of Pekerjaan Umum on Residence, then made with ratio estimation from the survey, to make the geometry layout as parking demand, available land and architectural drawings, and pavement design using the Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan method and Flexible Pavement guide Pd T-01-2002 -B. Based on the results of the analysis, the estimated parking demand according to existing standards by considering the ratio of vehicles based on surveys conducted to get the layout of parking geometry area and obtained thickness value of access road pavement structure that can withstand vehicle load on the access road.
