However Indonesia has a high rate of the bridge accident. This accident often cause high disadvantages both in casualties and material. The main problem is the lack of Structural Health Monitoring System. Bridge Rating Measurement System by using Wireless Sensor Network is a system designed to solve the problem. This system will give rating and mode shape of a bridge when a certain vehicle cross that bridge. Both of this parameter are used as an early warning system regarding bridge’s health. This system has a sub system called Server and GUI. There are 4 main factors that made this sub system, such as: storage, processing, communication, and display. These factors are implemented by using 3-tier architecture (Presentation tier, Logic tier, dan Data tier). Data tier is a storage side to store data, and implemented by using MySQL. Logic tier in charge of all data and logic processing and communication. Data tier is implemented by using a class in Java. Both Data tier and Logic tier located in the server side. Presentation tier, in the other side, is a Graphical User Interface in the client side. GUI is responsible to display information to the user regarding bridge condition. GUI is made by using Java and Netbeans for its IDE. The design is a full screen page to display all the information needed, such as: bridge rating, mode shape, fundamenta frequency history, and bridge condition report. Based on the test, Server can be used to accept, store, process data in a good performance. The GUI, has all of its functionalities performed well without any lag or error. In User Interface and User experience, GUI is proven to be user-friendly. <p align="justify"> text |
