Summary: | <p align="justify">Port is one of the most important infrastructure in the process of growth and economic development. One of the largest ports in Indonesia is Port of Tanjung Perak in Surabaya, East Java. The escalation of container flows at the Port of Tanjung Perak and the unbalanced development of supporting infrastructure resulting in the congestion of goods. To manage the increase in container movement, an alternative mode of rail transportation is offered. Thus, a fly over will be built to accommodate the railway movement in Port of Tanjung Perak. In this Final Project, the writer will perform design and analysis related to technical and operational aspects, as well as perform financial analysis of the flyover construction. in the form of horizontal and vertical alignments between TPS Station, Lamong Bay Station, and Kalianak Station. And then, there will be capacity analysis and forecasting of container movement, station landscape design, and operating system. Then, financial analysis is also conducted to determine the feasibility level of the construction of the flyover in Tanjung Perak Port. <p align="justify"> <br />
