The images used are Landsat 7 data in 2000 and 2005 and Landsat 8 in 2013 and 2016. he study area is the Benoa Cape area which is divided into 7 segments Image processing consists of cutting, radiometric calibration, atmospheric correction, image sharpening method, and tidal correction. The method of calculating distance and rate of shoreline change was analyzed by measuring Net Shoreline Movement (NSM) and End Point Rate (EPR) using the Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) method. The results of this study indicate that the dominant wave direction in the Benoa Cape area to the northeast with an average wave height of 1,5-2 m throughout the year and it is a dominant factor in the change in coastline. In general, Benoa Cape has accretion (land addition) with an average distance of 13,39 m with a rate of 0,85 m / year in the 2000-2016 period and included in the medium category on the erosion index / scour of shoreline changes. The accretion in the study area of Benoa Cape in 2000-2016 have increased as much as 7,07 ha. The extent of abrasion (reduction in land) that occurred in Benoa Cape in 2000-2016 was 6,14 ha. Before the construction of the groin and sand filling, in 2000-2005 there was an abrasion with an average distance of 15,96 m. After construction of the groin and sand filling there is a decrease in abrasion. There was an abrasion with an average distance of 7,5 meters in the period 2005-2013, as well as 4,75 meters in the 2013-2016 period. <p align="justify"> text |
