Summary:<p align="justify">The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) released the results of PISA 2015 in 72 countries on student performance in mathematics, reading, and science. About 540,000 students took the exam in 2015, Indonesian students' mathematical literacy in PISA 2015 is below average, ranked 63 out of 72 countries. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mathematical performance, for PISA, measures the mathematical literacy of a 15 year-old to formulate, employ and interpret mathematics in a variety of contexts to describe, predict and explain phenomena. Solving mathematics problems using a context is a way that can be done by student to help them use their mathematics skills in everyday life. In addition problem using context will facilitate students in modeling the mathematics in context, so that will help the student to use their literacy skills in answering problem, and can challenge students’ mathematical thinking patterns. <br /> <br /> <br /> The aim of this research was to provide valid, practical mathematic questions of PISA model in the levelof 4,5 and 6. The validity of content, construc and language was based on expert reviews, the practicality was measured in small group to ten Junior High School students in the grade of IX in SMPN 199 Jakarta. All students are 15 years old. <br /> <br /> <br /> The result of this research is that there are 17 items question using theme of Tugu Monas, Batik Ndreyon Cloth, Tanjung Priok Port, Blantek Topeng dance and Rumah Kebaya. Meanwhile based on the level, there are 6 questions in the level four. There are 10 questions in the level 5 and 1 question in the level 6.<p align="justify">
