This final project is intended to design a Performance Management System for PT. ZIFA. In this research IPMS (Integrated Performance Management System) method is proposed. <br /> <br /> <br /> IPMS concept developed by Wibisono (2016) can be defined as a refinement of the BSC and performance prism concept because it combines the BSC’s simplicity design with the performance prism’s attention to stakeholders. Since it is a refinement of the previous two performance management concepts, the IPMS framework is very complete yet easy to understand. Therefore Proposed Performance Management System Design Using IPMS (Integrated Performance Management System) Framework at PT. ZIFA Engineering Consultant probabily is the best choice. The conclusion from the analysis of all indicators, the most indicators that influences company performance is employee productivity, % total saving, and customer satisfy. <br /> <br /> <br /> This research proposed to design a PMS framework for PT. ZIFA. IPMS method used in this research to create the key performance indicators which influences the company performance. <br /> text
