Description
Summary:

This final project studies about the voltage gain of the multiphase cascade boost converter with minimum input current ripple. The research is conducted in the form of modeling the converter mathematically then verify the mathematic model by simulation and experiment. In addition, this study will also verify the process of ripple elimination at the input current and the voltage gain by simulation and experiment. The selection of components that consider every aspect of the converter also will be determined in this study. The selection process of this component produces the minimum required specifications for the converter to work in CCM mode, minimum current ripple, and gain that reaches ten times its input voltage.
